Design and construction for the upgrading of the existing fire safety systems to the following sites:

1.        Lawson   57 Morehead Road, Redfern

2.        Gilmore   55 Morehead Road, Redfern

3.        Kendall   43 Morehead Road, Redfern

4.        Pottery    33 Belvoir Street, Surry Hills

5.        Sirius      38-50 Cumberland Street, The Rocks

6.        Poplar     2 Poplar Street, Surry Hills

 

Fire safety systems to be designed, constructed and upgraded include:

·          Fire sprinklers

·          Compartmentation

·          Fire detection and emergency warning systems

·          Emergency lighting and exit signage

·          Fire hydrants and hose reels

·          Exiting fire door sets

·          Life safety signage

·          Access and egress
