Tender Details
The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) invites tenders for the provision of a transcription service to transcribe oral testimony given in ICAC compulsory examinations (private hearings) and public inquiries (public hearings).
The ICAC requires the provision of a cost effective, timely and effective transcription service that provides for:
- on-site recording and monitoring of ICAC hearings;
- off-site transcription of ICAC hearings in electronic form;
- creation of witness lists and exhibit lists in electronic form;
- regular and timely secure transmission of electronic product to and from the ICAC’s premises;
- delivery of hard copy digital recording of transcript;
- provision of equipment and personnel; and
- certification of the accuracy of the transcript in a form admissible in evidence under the Evidence Act 1995.

Estimated Timeframe for Delivery
The Transcription Service should be available starting from Friday 24 July 2009.
