Provide landscape maintenance services including all necessary vehicles, materials, machinery and equipment including, but not limited to:

• Recreation area turf maintenance

• Sports / playing field maintenance

• Grass cutting and edging

• Work scheduling and reporting;

• OH&S management;

• Containing hazards and risks;

• Weed management;

• Turf renovation

• Fertilising and soil amelioration;

• Turf maintenance;

• Pest and disease control; and

• Litter control;

• Compliance with SOPA landscape presentation standards;

• Compliance with specific SOPA regulations, plans, licences, guidelines and the like;

• Reporting;

Assisting the public.

Mandatory site inspection / meeting to occur on Wednesday 6 May 2009 commencing at 9:00 a.m. at 7 Figtree Drive, Sydney Olympic Park. Booking in with the Contact Officer no later than 3:30 p.m. on Thursday 30 April 2009.

Site plans will not be provided on the Website.

Site plans will be available on CD for collection at the mandatory site inspection / meeting
