Tender Details

THE PROJECT

Council is proposing to construct a new multi-level car park, in Bankstown, adjacent to the existing multi-level car park between Dale Parade and Northam Avenue off Brandon Avenue, with the intention of replacing the existing car park with a new one when the existing car park has reached the end of its service life.

It is proposed the project will be constructed, in two stages, as follows:

Stage 1:                  Construct in the short term a new stand alone multi-level car park structure (minimum of 300 car spaces) immediately north of the existing Brandon Avenue multi-level car park.  The new structure shall be connected and have access to the existing structure at ground level.

Stage 2:                  Construct in the medium term (10 years plus) a new multi-level car park, extension of Stage 1, to replace existing Brandon Avenue multi-level car park (minimum of 238 car spaces) with vehicular connectivity at all levels to new multi-level car park within Stage 1, which will result in a modern, efficient and combined car parking facility;

THE REQUEST

Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced companies to prepare quotations to undertake the conceptual design process for Stage 1 and Stage 2 of a multi storey car park at Brandon Avenue, Bankstown.
