Tender Details

The Contractor must provide a user-friendly, proven and secure, web based, hosted, ECS and associated services to facilitate the exchange of documents and communications between Sydney Metro and its contractors, advisors and stakeholders, which may be in geographically diverse locations, during the Project Delivery and Operational Readiness phases of the CBD Metro.

Procedure for Collecting the Invitation to Tender (ITT) Documents

Prior to receiving the ITT Documents, tenderers must complete and submit the following attached forms to tenders@sydneymetro.nsw.gov.au quoting the reference Contract 2165 in the subject title:

• Registration Form
The Tenderer must complete all fields in the form

• Confidentiality Deed Poll
The Confidentiality Deed Poll is to be signed for and on behalf of the Tenderer by a person or persons having full authority to bind the Tenderer for the purposes of this Tender

• Minimum Requirements
For its Tender to be conforming, the Tenderer should demonstrate provision of an effective web based,  hosted and proven collaborative document management system (ECS) and associated Services, providing fast and efficient exchange of documents and communications between Sydney Metro and its contractors, advisors and stakeholders, that can be tailored to meet Sydney Metro’s range of document security requirements, that:

       Incorporates workflows and processes associated with infrastructure development, delivery and commissioning for projects of a similar type, size and nature of the CBD Metro;

       Provides all the functional, technical, resourcing and statutory requirements of Sydney Metro, and is scalable with capability and capacity to efficiently provide the same services for any project extension;

       Incorporates an interface which is easy to use, understand and allows individuals to work intuitively within it, particularly in relation to the most common and frequently used functions of the system, and optimises cooperative behavior of users from a range of entry levels; and

       Commits a dedicated project team to the Services with relevant experience in successfully providing an ECS.

If the tenderer does not demonstrate substantial compliance with the Minimum Requirements, then the TAC should recommend to the TRP that the tenderer should be excluded from further consideration.

Once completed forms are received, a CD containing the ITT Documents will be issued to the person nominated in the registration form.
