Tender Details

Parramatta Park Trust (PPT) is requesting proposals for a café, restaurant or commercial office at the Macquarie Street Gatehouse.

The successful respondent will have experience in operation of similar facilities and services, evidence sustainable business practices and the ability to work collaboratively with PPT  as part of existing park operations.

Any resulting commercial agreement will be in the form of a lease or a licence.

Parramatta Park is one of the most significant landscape in Australia, established in 1858 when the former Government Domain was opened as a park for the people. It sits in the heart of Greater Parramatta providing 85 hectares (210 acres) of important green space for approximately 1.8 million annual visitors.

The historically significant Macquarie Street Gatehouse is nestled near the main entrance of the World Heritage Listed Parramatta Park at the corner of Pitt & Macquarie Streets, Parramatta.
