Tender Details
The NSW Depatment of Services, Technology & Administration is inviting expressions of interest on behalf of Forestry Commission of New South Wales (trading as Forest NSW) from suitable organisations to establish a tender panel to submit "priced" offers in subsequent competitive tender processes. Subsequent tenders will be for the grant of rights by way of licence to establish or operate quarry or extraction operations as a private commercial undertaking on Forests NSW sites in return for royalty payments to Forests NSW based on the sale of extracted product. The tender panel, when established, will be utilised for a period of 3 years.
