Tender Details
Rural Fire Service (RFS) require food and beverage services 52 weeks a year comprising:
Cafeteria Services –8:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday and during emergency operations 7:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Sunday providing both:
· made-to-order, take-away hot and cold foods and beverages; and
· pre-prepared, dine-in, buffet style hot and cold food.
Catering Services (non-exclusive) – office hours and after hours/weekends
Vending Machine Services - available at all times and providing snack foods and cold drinks.
