Tender Details

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking Tenders from experienced and suitably qualified organisations to appoint a Designer to develop a detailed design for  Package 3 - Grafton, Casino, Taree and Package 4 – Griffith, Queanbeyan and Dubbo Station Upgrades and to provide the services as set out in Annexure 1 - Services Brief Package 3 and Annexure 2 - Services Brief Package 4 to improve access to public transport for people with disabilities, the elderly and customers travelling with children and/or luggage, and ultimately achieve alignment with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA) and other legislative requirements for Disability Standards.

Participants must submit a signed Confidentiality Deed Poll, template of which is attached, via email to RSW.Procurement@transport.nsw.gov.au, to receive the password for the suite of Tender Documents.

 

Tenders will be required to satisfy the following Minimum Requirements.  Tenders that are assessed as not satisfying the Minimum Requirements will be excluded from further consideration:

• Evidence that the Tenderer or Tenderer’s Team has successfully managed detailed design services of a value greater than AU$500,000 on a multi-disciplinary rail infrastructure project valued at over AU$1m in the last 5 years, involving technical disciplines that include but are not limited to design, civil engineering, building services, electrical and communications; and

• The Tenderer must have Authorised Engineering Organisation (AEO) accreditation for all engineering services identified in the AEO Matrixes provided as part of Schedule 13 (whether via the Tendering entity or a proposed subcontractors or any combination thereof).
