Tender Details
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for the management and operations of the following facilities:
1. Coleman Park Tennis Centre, 25 Rabaul Road, Georges Hall;
2. Deverall Park Tennis Centre, Ethel Street, Condell Park;
3. Roger Bowman (Rose Park) Tennis Centre, 100 Woods Rd, Sefton;
4. Smith Park Tennis Centre, 2 Lehn Road, East Hills.
The legal entity is not restricted to be an incorporated not-for-profit organisation.
A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.
A non-compulsory site meeting will be held as below;
1. Smith Park Tennis Centre, 2 Lehn Road, East Hills.
• Wednesday 15 February at 10am
2. Deverall Park Tennis Centre, Ethel Street, Condell Park;
• Wednesday 15 February at 11.15am
3. Coleman Park Tennis Centre, 25 Rabaul Road, Georges Hall
• Wednesday 15 February at 12.30pm
4. Roger Bowman (Rose Park) Tennis Centre, 100 Woods Rd, Sefton;
• Wednesday 15 February at 2.00pm
