Provision of Claims Management Services for the NSW Self Insurance Corporation - 0801674 Notice

This is only a  advanced NOTICE regarding the future tender. This is not the tender. 

Department of Commerce, on behalf of NSW Treasury, will be inviting tenders in 2009, for the provision of insurance claims management services. 
Claims management services include those related to workers’ compensation, public liability, motor, property and miscellaneous categories.   

Treasury is currently undertaking a review of the TMF structure and remuneration arrangements. 
It would like to keep industry informed of developments and also obtain feedback from potential providers on the strategies proposed.  The review may also involve forums and interviews to gain feedback. 

From time to time discussion papers will be published on this site.
These papers may be in the form of questions to Industry or the subsequent findings.  The discussion papers are open to viewing for all interested parties after completing the standard self registration process on this website. 

Organisations wishing to be more directly involved in the discussion process are requested to register by completing a more detailed registration questionnaire, the attached “Request for information and feedback file”.

Organisations registering their interest should possess the capability to be a potential tenderer for the TMF claims management services.  It is, however, not a prerequisite to register in order to be able to tender for the TMF claims management services.
