The model Bankstown Council has used to support SAP in the last six years is an in-house outsourcing model providing all the SAP support in Basis and functional modules for FI/CO; PM, PS, IM, MM, S&D. The support included all support, development and configuration along with upgrades and support packages. Council is currently on ECC 6.0 running on windows 2003 and Oracle 10.2.0.4.
