Tender Details
Council requires two to three valuation advise per month generally but not limited to the following:
(1) Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties, including the application of "Special Value".
(2) Statutory valuations, including but not limited to road closures, residual parcels, drainage reserves and compulsory acquisitions (for road widening, drainage and Crown Land acquisitions) etc.
(3) Rental Valuations
(4) General Valuation advise
