Dubbo College Delroy Campus

Design, Document and Construction of a pitched roof steel COLA approximately 38 metres wide x 19.5 metres long with a minium height of 4 metres at top of steel columns over the existing netball court adjacent to the eastern boundary of the school. See Drawing for details (the COLA is not to extend over the basketball court).

Dubbo West Public School (Infants Site)

Design, Document and Construction of a pitched roof section steel COLA approximately 16 metres x 16 metres with a minium height of 4 metres at top of steel columns to cover the concrete quadrangle at the rear of the school. See Drawing for details.

Include a flat roof covered way as indicated on attached Drawing to link up with the existing covered walkway at the western end of the new COLA. The COLA roof structure is to support the walkway. Walkway materials are to match the new COLA materials.

The existing COLA is to be removed from site by others prior to commencement of work on site.
