Tender Details
The work covered by this tender includes landscape maintenance of areas at Honeysuckle, Newcastle. The scope of work shall consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
1. Turf grass maintenance including mowing, edging, top dressing, weeding and selective herbicide application, fertilising, anti water repellent solution application, coring and watering.
2. Paddock type open space slashing and edging.
3. Weed removal.
4. Pruning, fertilising, monitoring, mulching and pesticide application for mass planting areas and tree plantings.
5. Record keeping and periodic submission of checklists.
6. Other works as necessary.
By submitting a bid on this work, the Contractor shall be considered to have examined all the available information and documents, including the sites, and to have thoroughly familiarized himself/herself with the scope of the required work.
The contract is proposed to be for a 12 month period, subject to satisfactory ongoing performance and other relevant issues at the discretion of the Principal.
