Building Surveyor - 2164

The Professional Services Contractor (Building Surveyor) shall be responsible for the preparation of individual reports, suitable for Sydney Metro tenderers to be informed on the building condition and hazardous materials aspects of the buildings to be demolished and condition aspects of the neighbouring buildings at construction works, where major excavation will occur.

The Building Surveyor must have a proven record in preparing Building Condition Inspection Reports and Hazardous Materials Survey Reports and working to a programme on a major infrastructure project for either Government or private clients.

The Building Surveyor will form part of Sydney Metro’s Project Co-ordination and Support team within the Sydney Metro Delivery Division and shall take a pro-active role in gathering relevant information from the various Branches within Sydney Metro and from Sydney Metro’s advisors.

The programme for the Building Surveyor will be amended by Sydney Metro to meet critical elements of the project programme. The Building Surveyor shall assist Sydney Metro in the assessment of the programme details.

* Confidentiality Deed Poll - The Confidentiality Deed Poll is to be signed for and on behalf of the tenderer by the person, or persons, having full authority to bind the tenderer for the purpose of this tender.
