Greater Sydney Parklands, Parklands West Maintenance Contract - SR4161141326 EOI

The contract’s primary purpose is to service the Parklands’ amenities, amenity turf, gardens, sports grounds, structures, toilets, playgrounds, roadways, accessways, walkways, plumbing and electrical services associated with the park assets across Parramatta Park, Western Sydney Parklands and Fernhill Estate, for the enjoyment of park visitors.
Parramatta Park is one of Australia’s oldest public parks. It is an important community asset that provides a wide range of active and passive recreational activities for over 2.1 million visitors each year.
Western Sydney Parklands (WSP) is situated in the heart of Western Sydney. The WSP cover5,280 hectares and stretch 27 kilometres from Quakers Hill in the north to Leppington in the south. The WSP contain popular picnic and recreation areas, world class sporting facilities, major tourism destinations, urban farming lots, over 50 kilometres of walking and cycling paths and 1,000 hectares of native bushland.
Fernhill Estate is a 423-hectare estate located in Mulgoa Valley, approximately 10 kilometres south-west of Penrith in Western Sydney. The Estate is on Darug country close to Gundungurra Country, at the edge of the Cumberland Plain.
