Professional services to project manage the delivery, via a Managing Contractor contract, for the Northern Rivers Reconstruction Corporation (NRRC) Resilient Housing Program, 'Deliver resilient homes (and) build the disaster resilience of existing homes’.

Note 1: A mandatory pre-tender meeting is proposed for Thursday, 18 May, 2023 at 10:00 AM. The meeting will be held at the NSW Public Works Lismore Office, 120 Dalley Street, Lismore NSW 2480.

Note 2: This RFT is being managed under the Two-Envelope system. Review the "Conditions of Tendering" details to ensure the tender is submitted in the correct format.

Non-Price and Price responses are to be lodged into two separate files. The files can be zipped together to be submitted.

Electronic Tender Box Security

Tenders submitted by tenderers who fail to attend the mandatory pre-tender meeting will be passed over.
