Tender Details

Design, develop, configure, and delivery of a software-as-a-service (SaaS) fully integrated system to support NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service (NPWS) fire and incident management operations in close consultation with the NPWS Fire & Incident Operations Branch (FIOB) systems team.

The fully integrated system will include five specific modules that align with fire and incident management operations that have spatial functionality at the core. It will need to be mobile ready, no or low code, that is, very configurable and meet the details outlined in the NPWS Elements 2 business requirements document included in the RFQ Part D – Statement of Requirements.

Importantly, Elements 2 must operate as a fully integrated system that:

  • Addresses the requirements for each module and operates as a coherent combined entity.
  • Is spatially enabled and integrates with the DPE corporate Esri ArcGIS Enterprise environment.
  • Can be handed over to the NPWS FIOB team to configure and adjust to meet changing legislation, policy, procedures and future needs.
  • Is integrated with a series of internal and external applications, and importantly with NSW Rural Fire Service Guardian and ICON systems.
  • Has a high level of availability and performance.

A licencing and support contract is also required to commence from system release to cover a period of 5 years – 3 years with two 1-year extension options.
