Tender Details

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to prepare a Land Use Safety Study relating to the part of the two oil pipelines that runs through the Campsie and Canterbury Town Centres, in proximity to the Cooks River Foreshore. The purpose of the Land Use Safety Study is to advise Council on the potential risks to the future resident, worker and visitor population in the Campsie and Canterbury areas and to make recommendations to inform:

The preparation of a planning proposal for the Campsie Town Centre before submission of the Planning Proposal to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.
The preparation of a forthcoming Master Plan for the Canterbury Town Centre.
