Tender Details

The Department of Environment, Climate Change and Water is seeking a Expressions of Interest (EOI) from
developers interested in building a tourist accommodation and retail complex to become the village centre
in Perisher Valley in southern NSW.
 
800 new beds in a master planned village centre, are offered on a 40+20 year lease.

This EOI is the first stage of a muli-stage tender process.


The purpose of the EoI is to:

·    introduce the Project to potential industry respondents,

·   outline the background, guiding principles and objectives of the Project,

·    seek responses from respondents outlining a brief description of the development envisaged for the site

·   allow respondents to provide details of their skills, knowledge, experience, capability and financial capacity
necessary to deliver and operate the development envisaged.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
