Urban Design Study for Belmore, Lakemba and Canterbury - T40-22

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for an Urban Design Study for Belmore, Lakemba and Canterbury Town Centres.

Council will only consider submissions from Tenderers who are on either the Local Government Procurement Panel or the NSW Government Procurement Panel or who have had at least 10 years’ experience master planning centres at the time of lodgement.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 - Description of Services of this Request.  

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.
