SOHT is seeking responses from suitably experienced, competent, and skilled organisations to a web optimisation tool that will enable increased web performance and ensure optimal customer experience on www.sydneyoperahouse.com (Website) through behavioural analytics, content optimisation and personalisation, and A/B testing capabilities. The tool must be a single software platform. Formal training and customer support is also required.

 

Respondents (also referred to as Tenderers) must be registered on the ICT Services Scheme at the appropriate level depending on the value of the quote (registered or advanced) and in the appropriate categories to be considered for a contract.

 

Respondents can submit a quote directly or through a reseller.

 

Direct suppliers must be registered in the following categories as applicable:

• N02 Software applications;

• R01 Cloud applications;

• M07 Software support and maintenance services including delivery as a service;

 

Resellers will need to be registered in the following categories:

• M09 Software resellers and software asset management services;

• M07 Software support and maintenance services including delivery as a service.

It is essential that organisations submitting a Quote specifically address the selection criteria in their submission.
