The contractor shall provide all necessary labour, plant, equipment and safety apparatus to perform the full scope of works.
The contractor shall comply with the Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Act 2013 No 54,Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Regulation 2014, Explosives Act 2003, Explosives Regulation 2005, Work Health & Safety Act 2011 and Work Health & Safety Regulation 2011 and any relevant existing regulation pertaining to these proposed works. All work to be carried out by licensed/ticketed contractors, conforming to relevant Australian Standards.
