HCCDC is calling for Expressions of Interest for the sale and development of two light industrial sites at Cockle Creek.
The lots are approximately 2ha and 4ha and located on Munibung Road, adjacent to the Cardiff Industrial Area, in Lake Macquarie City Council area. HCCDC are seeking uses which generate employment, involve new technology or support the government's Net Zero Plan.
