Tender Details

The NSW Department of Lands (Lands) is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions from interested parties (Proponents) for the development and operation of a driver training facility (the facility) over Somersby Driver Training Facility Reserve, Reserve 1015608 (the Reserve).

The Reserve is located adjacent to the existing RSPCA operation on Reeves St, east of the F3 Sydney to Newcastle Freeway, and is accessed from the local road system via Wiseman’s Ferry Road and the Kariong interchange. The Reserve is currently unoccupied, heavily vegetated, sloping away from the road to a cleared area at the centre.
