Tender Details

Property & Development NSW (PDNSW) is the agency within the NSW Department of Planning and Environment (DPE) responsible for the management of the planning and large scale and complex development projects, including Parramatta North Precinct and Macquarie Street East.

PDNSW is committed to working with Aboriginal people and communities in the delivery of place-based and vision-led precincts for the State’s economic and public benefit.

PDNSW is seeking tenders from teams made up of appropriately skilled consultant firms to provide the required services to deliver the detailed outcomes required from Aboriginal Community Engagement across Parramatta North Precinct and Macquarie Street East. Appointed teams will be required to work in parallel with PDNSW their stakeholders and consultant teams to develop strategic plans and development outcomes informed by engagement with Aboriginal communities.
