Expressions of Interest – Construction of The Bays Road Relocation Works - SM 2020/014

Sydney Metro invites suitably experienced and qualified entities capable of delivering The Bays Road Relocation Works, with an interest in participating in an Expression of Interest Tender process to submit an application.

 Interested Parties have been provided Volumes 1 and 2 within the eTendering advert to provide an overview of the project, and the procurement process.

To access Volume 3, Interested Parties must submit the following to the Contact Officer by COB 13 May 2020:

• Registration of Interest Form, including a statement on the Interested Party’s capability and capacity to deliver the whole of the works; and

• Confidentiality Deed Poll.

 Access to Volume 3 will only be provided to bonafide Interested Parties capable of delivering the whole of the works, at the sole discretion of Sydney Metro.

 

Interested Parties must demonstrate to Sydney Metro’s satisfaction that they will be capable (either as individual entities or in suitable consortia) of delivering the whole of the works in the construction of The Bays Road Relocation Construct Only Package.
