The National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) is seeking expressions of interest for the investment, co-design, development and operation of a range of visitor facilities and services within the Gardens of Stone State Conservation Area (SCA).
Opportunities include:
• adventure activities (such as ziplines) and services for the Lost City Adventure Experience, and
• eco-friendly, serviced accommodation and guided walking tours associated with the multi-day walk within Gardens of Stone SCA.
Interested parties are invited to provide proposals for one or both opportunities.
The successful respondent will have experience in the design, development and operation of similar facilities and services, skills in marketing and the ability to work collaboratively with NPWS in the ongoing conservation and maintenance of the site.
Any resulting commercial agreement will be in the form of a lease or a licence.
