The Offtake of Crushed and/or Uncrushed Concrete and Asphalt Material - RFP02-21

Council is seeking proposals for an offtake agreement for approximately 5,000 tonne of crushed concrete and asphalt and/or approximately 15,000 tonnes of non-crushed concrete and asphalt.

The concrete and asphalt material can be inspected at Kelso Waste Management Centre 217 Bransgrove Road Panania on Monday 7 September 2020 and Tuesday 8 September 2020 between the hours of 10am to 12noon. Please register your interest via email to tenderbox@cbcity.nsw.gov.au. Note: Respondents attending material inspection are reminded to comply with COVID-19 guidelines and must wear steel caps boots and a hi vis .

Request for Proposals - An invitation for expressions of interest / seeking preliminary proposals. In many cases these may be used as a basis for shortlisting tenderers, along with other criteria such as expertise and experience. Prospective tenderers are initially evaluated for their proposal against the relevant selection criteria. A number of those who best meet the criteria are invited to tender. For complex or some other types of procurement, where the product or service outcomes are highly dependent on the content of the proposals received from Tenderers, the outcome may be negotiated.
