Josephine Reserve Playground Upgrade - T36-23

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T36-23 Josephine Reserve Playground Construction.  

T36-23 comprises of 6 separable portions listed below

•SP01 – Josephine Playground Construction

•SP02 – Wilton Reserve Playground Removal

•SP03 – Denman Reserve Playground Removal

•SP04 – McCourt Reserve Playground Removal 

•SP05 – Eulabah Reserve Playground Removal

•SP06 – Kurrajong Reserve Playground Removal

It is Council’s preference to award all associated work to a qualified contractor. Preference will be given to respondents whose methodology show efficient reuse of cut material from SP1 in SP2 to SP6.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

A compulsory site briefing will be held at 12.00pm on 13 December 2022.
