The purpose of Procurement at Sydney Water is to get the goods, services and facilities it needs, when it needs them and for the right cost. Sydney Water is planning on delivering a series of network wastewater assets over the next ten years to service the Upper South Creek Advanced Water Recycling Centre (AWRC), and to meet the forecasted increase in demand and growth within the region. Sydney Water has undertaken industry engagement to help determine the optimal delivery model for the Upper South Creek Networks Program. Following discussions and further consideration Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) has been selected as the delivery model to progress with to achieve the objectives. 

Sydney Water is seeking to understand market interest to participate in the EPCM opportunity so an appropriate transaction process can be developed.

This is an invitation for parties to register their interest to participate in the EPCM opportunity through completion and submission of the Registration Form contained within the attached document. Only parties interested in providing services as the EPCM are requested to respond. Completion and submission of the Registration Form does not commit the applicant into a procurement or selection process for the Upper South Creek Networks Program, nor does it prejudice the applicant’s participation in any future procurement process.
