Tender Details

The NE REZ requires the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver private finance advisory services to assist with project development. Private finance advisory services are required to deliver specialist private finance advice for the NE REZ Network Operator procurement process.  The services to be provided by the Provider will include developing a Comparative Financial Evaluation Methodology (CFE Methodology), Financial Capacity Assessment (FCA), Comparative Evaluation Report, RFP Stage and Evaluation and Negotiation and Contract through to Financial Close. Tenderers must have prior experience in private finance and Private-Public Partnership’s (PPP) procurement processes on major capital projects.

The successful tenderer will be restricted from providing advice, consultation or any form of professional services to any Network Operator consortium in relation to preparing a bid for tendering for the New England REZ Project. This restriction applies to both direct and indirect involvement. In the event of a breach of this clause, EnergyCo reserves the right to terminate the contract effective immediately.

If the tenderer intends to provide advice, consultation or any form of professional services to a Network Operator consortium in relation to preparing a bid for tendering for the New England REZ Project, prior written consent of EnergyCo is required (at EnergyCo’s absolute discretion).
