Tender Details

The Works in this Contract provides for the construction of a development comprising of an addition to and the refurbishment of the existing Savannah building, associated facilities, car parking, landscaping and terrace area.

The redeveloped Savannah building is to accommodate retail, ticketing, information, kiosk, cafe, amenities, function room, bar, and ommercial kitchen.

External works include electrical, hydraulic infrastructure, paving, hard and soft landscaping, car parks, entry booths, roads and bridges.

Tenders have been selected through the Department of Commerce's Best Practice Contractor Accreditation Scheme. Only the following tenderers are invited to tender for the Contract:

- Rawson Construction Pty Ltd

- Yoff Pty Ltd t/a Dubbo Terrazzo & Concrete Industries

- Stanaway Pty Ltd t/a David Payne Constructions

- Richard Crookes Constructions Pty Ltd

- National Buildplan Group Pty Ltd.

The tender documents will be sent directly to the Tenderers in electronic (compact disc) format.
