Tender Details

The New England REZ requires the engagement of a suitably qualified Land Survey Advisor. The Land Survey Advisor will complete topographical surveys of the New England REZ alignment including roads and access tracks, utilities, transmission line infrastructure and land boundaries to further detailed design activities and support environmental and planning approval processes.

The Land Survey Advisor will also develop a cadastral model for the project that will form the foundation of the project database for survey data and engineering design and control. Tenderers must have prior land surveying experience on major infrastructure projects. Major infrastructure projects are defined with having a project value of more than $500m.

Mandatory Requirements

  1. Tenderer must have prior land surveying experience on major infrastructure projects. Major infrastructure projects are defined with having a project value of more than $500m.
  2. Tenderer must have land survey experience on major capital infrastructure projects for no less than 5 years.  
  3. Tenderer must have third party certified quality management system to AS/NZS ISO Standard 9001 or can demonstrate that equivalent systems are in place.
