Tender Details

This project involves the reconstruction of two iconic buildings in the Kiandra Precinct of Kosciuszko National Park. Wolgal Lodge and Pattinsons Cottage were two of only four buildings remaining in the Kiandra Precinct of Kosciuszko National Park, prior to being destroyed in the 2020 Dunns Road Fire. This project shall reconstruct these significant buildings with nods to the heritage of the site but with a view to establishing architecturally unique comfortable buildings suitable for short-term rental accommodation. The project will also include the establishment of all off-grid services to enable the buildings to maximise its sustainability credentials.
