Scope:
Daily cleaning of Snowy Region Visitor Centre & Coach Terminal Complex (Town Centre Jindabyne).
Daily cleaning of Snowy Mountains Regional Offices (Town Centre Jindabyne).
Twice weekly cleaning of public areas and once weekly cleaning of alternate office areas of Snowy Region Education Centre (Sawpit Creek). App 15kms from Town Centre Jindabyne on Kosciuszko Rd.
Seasonal cleaning (weekly in winter season, monthly in off season) of Visitor Entry Station (Kosciuszko Road). App 15kms from Town Centre Jindabyne on Kosciuszko Rd.
Dependant on accommodation booking, The Lodge (Waste Point). App 12kms from Town Centre Jindabyne along Kosciuszko Rd then right into Waste Pt Rd for 2kms.
Municipal Services Unit (Perisher Valley), App 30kms from Town Centre Jindabyne along Kosciuszko Rd. All premises will require an annual spring clean as per Technical Specifications.
Mandatory Pre Tender meeting:
A mandatory pre-tender meeting followed by site inspections will be held. The RFT contact officer and the premises representatives will be available at that time to answer Tenderers queries.
