The SWS Region requires the use of contractors to assist in controlling weeds and pest trees in eight distinct operational areas.

Wagga Wagga locality
Tumut locality
Cabramurra/Tantangara locality
Queanbeyan locality
Young locality
Yass locality
Crookwell locality

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Obtaining the Documents:

Your completed tenders should be lodged as allowed in the RFT documents, however it is preferred that they be lodged electronically via this web page.
As the tenderer you must be a registered user in this system. Click on the blue "LODGE A RESPONSE" link at the bottom of this page and follow the on-screen instructions.
Optimum size of lodgement files is less than 7MB, and if your tender is larger in total it should be broken down into smaller files, and uploaded in separate identified lodgements. The required response documents should not be bundled with supporting documentation. Note also that during the period 11pm to 3am system maintenance is carried out and successful lodgment may not be achieved.
PC Software Requirements:
To be able to open and read/view the downloaded files for this RFT you may require certain software to be installed on your PC:
An Internet connection to lodge completed responses.

The minimum requirements are as follows: IE version 5.5 or later, Firefox 1.0, Netscape Navigator Ver 4.7 or later with Cipher Strength = 128bit. Suggested minimum monitor resolution is 800x600.
