    Amendment 1: - Please note the following under Mandatory Criteria (contained within GC21 Conditions of Tender) M1 Saftey Management.

    The tenderer must meet the following Work Health Safety Management requirements:

    • WHS system accredited with ISO45001:2018; and, or

     

    • WHS system accredited with requirements set by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC)

    For the purposes of meeting the mandated requirement of the tender, DCCEEW will accept evidence within the tenderers submission that they have submitted their application to the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner and that it has been received and is under review, inclusive of an estimated timeframe for approval.However a contract cannot be awarded unless accreditation is held by the contractor.
