State Water Corporation / Valuation of State Water's Land and Buildings around dam, weir and depot sites - SWCDoc12/15594

State Water Corporation requires a valuation of its land and buildings at 39 of its dam, weir and depot sites and a rental assessment of buildings at 27 of those sites.  The valuations shall be undertaken in accordance with NSW Treasury Guideline TPP07-1, relevant Accounting Standards Board standards including AASB 116, State Water's internal valuation policy and the Australian Property Institute Property Valuation Guidelines.
