State Water Corporation (SWC) is seeking to short list Tenderers that are interested in tendering for the contract award as iSMART prime contractor. The Successful Tenderer will be responsible for the design, construction and integration of iSMART remote operations and surveillance systems to support centralised and remote operations. Through an open market Expression of Interest (EOI) and a pre-registered Request for Tender (RFT), SWC’s intention is to engage a prime contractor to develop the iSMART system to industry standard and support the achievement of the organisational strategy of “Excellence and Growth”.

Your organisation is invited to apply for selection on the shortlist of Tenderers through the EOI. Please refer to the flowchart in Section 1.4 for a description of the multi-stage procurement process as it is currently envisaged.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
