Tender Details
The Consultant is required to determine current unit rates for each of the materials contained in the MEERA valuation spreadsheets and then apply these to the existing MEERA spreadsheets. New spreadsheets are to be constructed where required. The Consultant is required to map and apportion the values contained in the MEERA spreadsheets to reconcile these with the components listed in the Service Potential Assessment sheets. A summary of the MEERA value and the depreciated value for each structure is to be provided.This is a select tender process. Only tenderers that have already been invited by State Water Corporation may apply.
