Weeta Weir Removal features salvaging of many steel components as well as the sheet piling. It also features the careful removal and demolition and dumping of the concrete structure to a registered dump.

Stabilisation of the remaining embankments requires rockwork along the banks.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Interested tenderers shall ensure they attend the Compulsory Site visit Tuesday 12th February 2013 at 11am. Please be reminded that failure to attend the meeting may result in the tender being passed over.

The site is 1km access road from the Pilliga Road which is 15km south west of the town of Wee Waa.
