Tender Details

State Water requires an asset valuation of the 19 specified dams at component level specified by the Principal and based on a bill of quantities method as at 30th June 2013.

The Valuation project includes two components. Project 1 is the valuation of a Modern Engineering Equivalent Replacement Asset (MEERA) for each dam and Project 2 involves depreciation of the MEERA at a component level to determine the Optimised Depreciated Replacement Cost (ODRC) for each dam.

The services are split into two components Project 1 and Project 2.  The tenderer must comply with the tender schedules and provide information for both Project 1 and Project 2. Project 2 is an option for the Principal only.

The valuation is to be undertaken in accordance with relevant Australian Accounting Standards Board standards including Property, Plant and Equipment AASB 116, NSW Treasury Guideline TPP07-01 and State Water's internal policy Doc12/14067 Valuation of Non Current Assets. 

The dams to be valued are: Blowering Dam, Brogo Dam, Burrendong Dam, Burrinjuck Dam, Carcoar Dam, Chaffey Dam, Copeton Dam, Glenbawn Dam, Glennies Creek Dam, Keepit Dam, Lostock Dam, Menindee Lakes Storages, Oberon Dam, Pindari Dam, Rydal Dam, Split Rock Dam, Toonumbar Dam, Windamere Dam, Wyangala Dam.
