State Water Corporation / Burrinjuck Dam Easiriser Lift Refurbishment - SWCDoc12/36053

The current lift is used by State Water and Eraring Energy staff to carry out maintenance at the toe of the dam and has a number of deficiencies that need to be addressed.  The primary deficiency relates to the evacuation of an injured person.  The lift will not accommodate a stretcher and needs to be modified to address this issue as well as a number of other issues.

Tenderers wishing to download the tender documents will be required to download the security document and email/fax this to Angus Medley at angus.medley@statewater.com.au. A security passcode shall be then sent out to access the documents.

A mandatory site inspection will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday the 20th November at Burrinjuck Dam. For entry to site, all personnel will be required to carry a valid WHS general construction induction training (white) card, and photo identification.

All attendees must wear appropriate protective clothing which shall include safety shoes, long pants, long sleeve shirt, hi-visibility vest or similar, hard hat and safety glasses.

At the time of the tender meeting Abergeldie shall have posession of the site.  All tenderers attending will need to be inducted under Abergeldies induction as well as the State Waters induction.  Tenderers will be forbidden to enter the site if any of the above mentioned PPE and identification is not present on site.

Failure to attend the mandatory site meeting may result in the tender being passed over.
