State Water Corporation / Burrendong Dam Safety Upgrade – Service Spillway Gates (7) Arm Strengthening and Protective Coating Works - SWCDoc13/33212

The Work comprises the following activities, as detailed in the Drawings and Specifications:

·         Site clearing of the works area and site establishment, including temporary works;

·         Gates (7) arms strengthening with structural steel and mechanical works;

·         Protective coating of the seven (7) radial gates both Upstream and Downstream;

Removal of the Side and Bottom Gate Seals and Refurbishment of the Retaining Plates.

·         Provision of environmental control measures during construction and protective coating

Provision of the site clean-up and disestablishment of all temporary facilities, and removal of construction debris on completion

The Potential Contractor must:

• complete the Documents security Form as attached and forward to the Contact person;
• attend the mandatory Pre-tender meeting at the Burrendong Dam site office, (Burrendong Dam Mumbil, ~20km from Wellington) on Thursday 7th November, 2013 at 10.30am

Attendance by tenderers at the pre-tender meeting is mandatory. Tenders submitted by the tenderers who fail to attend will be passed over.

The Potential Contractor must:
