Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Easing Sydney's Congestion - Project Engineer Services - 23.0000139276.0709

Transport for NSW is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Project Engineer to support the Pinch Points program, delivered by the Easing Sydney's Congestion ("ESC") Program office - for a period of 24 months.  The role provides support to the King Georges Road (stage 1) Project Manager, including (but not limited to):

• Administration of GC21 contract requirements
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Track and monitor project quality assurance
• Maintain and control project documentation and storage
• Coordinate responses to Requests for Information
• Resolve technical issues (remotely and on site)
• Support in commercial items (payment claims, variation assessments etc.)

The role will be required for day and night shifts and based predominantly at King Georges Road project office in Hurstville. 

Mandatory Requirements: 

Tenderers must meet the mandatory requirements set out below:

1. Tenderers must be prequalified on the NSW Government Performance and Management Services Prequalification Scheme SCM0005 (under 15c Infrastructure Services - Major Project Procurement / Delivery and Project Management); 

2. The management of any potential, perceived or actual conflicts of interest declared or not declared by the Tenderers involvement in relation to ESC projects, to be determined at TfNSW's discretion;

3. The nominated personnel must have mininum 5 years' work experience on Transport infrastructure projects (or similar) during the delivery phase, involving roadworks and associated civil works; 

4. Availability to work day shifts and night shifts;

5. The nominated personnel will hold a four-year engineering (civil, structural or related) degree from an Australian university or equivalent verified overseas qualifications; 

6. Current White Card; 

7. Current Driver's Licence (car) 

8. Tenderers must confirm and include all the following costs in their Tender Price and rates submitted:

• Mobile Phone
• Working from home related costs (if required)
• Travel, accommodation, vehicle
• Personal Protective Equipment
