1. SAP CRM 4.0 to SAP CRM 7.0, Replace current Crystal Reporting from SAP CRM 4.0, with BI 7.0 Reporting from CRM 7.0, Replace the Assets Procurement Module (SAP APM)
2. Case Management implementation in CRM 7.0,
3. Project Management services to support the upgrade teams with Quality Assurance, Technical Leadership, Integration Management and Test Management.
4. Additionally, you may provide Proposals for Change Management and / or Training components, as a value-add service. This is an optional service that you may consider, in addition to items 1, 2 and 3 above.
You may provide a Proposal for either
(a) items 1 to 3 or
(b) items 1 to 4
