Tender Details
Tenders are requested for specialised commercial advisory services to the RTA for the construction of the Hunter Expressway. This tender may be used to appoint design and construction commercial advisors for other major projects in the near future such as the Kempsey to Frederickton Pacific Highway upgrade, Holbrook Bypass and others.
The focus of the work will be advice on, and the assembly of, contract documentation for road design and construction. The design and construct delivery method will need to be integrated with a separate and parallel project management team that is delivering a large portion of the project by Alliance contracting. This will include liaison with alliance, financial and legal advisors, project planning, and the preparation of all documentation together with the appropriate administration resourcing. A thorough understanding of the commercial aspects of the design and construct tender process for major contracts is required.
