Tender Details
Led by Transport for NSW, the NSW Government will be seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified contractors for the design and construction of wharf and boating facilities within the Snug Cove Maritime Precinct (the Precinct) at the Port of Eden.
The purpose of the ROI is to identify a shortlist of three (3No.) contractors who may be invited to submit detailed proposals for the design and construction works.
The works are expected to include the design and construction of wharf and boating facilities within the Snug Cove Maritime Precinct, including:
• berthing facilities;
• refuelling facilities;
• administration buildings;
• car parking; and
• associated services and infrastructure.
The call for ROIs is expected to be released in Q1 2024 with request for tenders (RFT) called in Q2 2024 (subject to change) from shortlisted proponents.

The issuing of the Request for Tender (RFT) is subject to TfNSW receiving full federal funding for the Snug Cove Maritime Precinc Project. TfNSW retains the right to shortlist any number of Applicant's to participate in the Request for Tender Stage.
